Registrar’s Office: Undergraduate Records Coordinator
Louisiana Tech University is seeking a detailed-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills to serve as the Undergraduate Records Coordinator in the University Registrar’s Office. This individual will be responsible for handling student records for all readmit, visiting, and new students. This position will also be responsible for helping the Registrar’s Office move toward a more electronic format reviewing processes and creating efficiencies.
Basic requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Hands-on experience with PC based information systems, demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, solid written/verbal skills, and demonstrated attention to detail.
Preferred skills/experience: 2-3 years’ experience in student services or higher education. Student Information System user experience, successful experience in a Registrar’s Office or similar occupation, and electronic record-keeping knowledge.
