The Division of University Advancement at Louisiana Tech University is accepting applications for the position of Director of Louisiana Tech Athletic Club (LTAC). Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Development, this position will be responsible for overseeing the Louisiana Tech Athletic Club (LTAC) with related projects and contacts; coordinate with the University Advancement fundraising program, identify, cultivate, and solicit members for major gift societies such as Golden Bulldogs ($10,000 or more annually), and manage the stewardship of these donors. In cooperation with the development team, oversee the major athletic fund-raising events and stewardship events, including the Bradshaw-Brooks golf tournament and recognition events for major donors.
Qualifications include a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with fundraising or equivalent professional experience. The successful candidate must have a commitment to higher education, an understanding of Louisiana Tech’s culture, and a strong desire to associate with the University and to champion its mission. Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills as well as proficiency in the use of Microsoft office software. Some evening and weekend work is required.
